Welcome

Every story we tell helps our children develop
a love for our Lord and His children.
Every story we tell helps our children develop a love for our Lord and His children.
From Nursery to Kindergarten.
Goals
Children should begin to experience God’s love and see that God’s word is exciting and fun! We want them to desire to come to Bible class each week and for them to see that people outside their family love and care about them.
Family
Families of Bible Land students should feel nurtured and know that our children’s love for Jesus starts now and we will continue to build on that love and knowledge through out their years.
Security
Security is very important to South Plains. We have many things in place to help keep our children safe.
+ Each child must be checked in before going to class
+ Hall monitors are stationed in the hall during Bible class
+ Background checks are done on each volunteer
+ Exit plan is in place for fire safety
+ Children’s allergies are listed on class role sheet
+ Controlled entrances and exits during class time
Volunteers!
Children will begin to experience the goals of Bible Land through our volunteers who teach and help in Bible class. Volunteers teach on a two-month rotation. Curriculum is ready for you each week.
Volunteers are always welcome and we can always find a place for YOU! To get involved with Bible Land, contact Kelly Rogers.
Down the Hall
Nursery
During their year in the nursery, kids experience fun songs and lessons tied to toys that the children can play with.
Toddler
For 1-2 year olds we have 4 singing lessons taught on a 2 month rotation. We cover creation, Noah, Moses, and Jesus.
Tumbler
2-3 years old is where the Bible Land curriculum begin. Each lesson has a creative Bible lesson, craft, game, and snack. During this year lessons cover creation, Adam & Eve, Noah, Moses, and Joseph.
3 year olds
In their 3rd year of Bible Land, kids continue the Bible Land curriculum but add in memory work. Lessons focus on Old Testament stories like Abraham, Isaac & Rebekah, Elijah, Elisha, David, Gideon, Samson, and Ruth.
Pre-K
4 year olds continue the Bible Land curriculum focusing on the Life of Jesus and Bible Heroes of the Old and New Testament.
Kindergarten
This class prepares kids for Journey Land. This group moves through the Bible from Creation to Paul’s missionary journey.

Journey Land
From first grade to fifth grade.
In a Nutshell
Journey Land takes 1 major Bible story and presents different segments or facets of that story in depth, in a series of theme-based rooms (workshops) over a period of 8 weeks.
Memory Work
The “Hide n Seek” plan uses songs to help memorization, as well as points and rewards to encourage students to participate. Click the button below to find the printout and audio tracks for this program.
Timothy & Tabitha
Our summer program focuses on leadership, serving and outreach. Kids are given training of how to lead singing, pray, read scripture, and pepare lessons and then given opportunities to practice these skills. We also have several group outreach projects through the summer.
